NSV is a 12,000 square metres residential complex consisting of five luxurious villas in Nur Sultan, Kazakhstan. Featuring a contemporary design and a façade of wood and concrete effect panels, these two-floors villas are designed with an emphasis on quality and sustainable materials.

The villas overlook the Residential Park and are surrounded by large gardens and beautiful native plants that ensure privacy and peace. Large windows provide plenty of light, and the double-height living room offers a wonderful view of the private garden, as well as a designed fireplace in the centre of the room.

Each residence is equipped with a spa, gym and swimming pool. Furthermore, there is a glazed Summer House, a space facing the inner garden and equipped with a living area, kitchen and dining area, perfect for organising parties and receiving guests.

The characteristic element of this project is the contemporary interpretation of the traditional villa, with a pitched roof, ample interior and exterior space and an insulation system that makes it possible to cope well with the country’s harsh climate without sacrificing comfort and luxury.
